Return & Refund Policy – Urbanadaa

At Urbanadaa, we strive to deliver the best quality products to our customers. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer an easy return process.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 3-day easy return only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  2. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  3. Clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective product must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Size issues
  3. Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with:

  1. Your Order ID
  2. Photos or video showing the damage or defect

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  1. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Important Note

Urbanadaa reserves the right to reject return requests if the product does not meet the return conditions mentioned above.
