1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days depending on your location in India.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- A standard shipping charge may apply to orders below this amount.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS so you can track your delivery status.
5. Delivery Delays
While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier service delays
- High order volumes during sales or festive seasons
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct while placing your order. Urbanadaa will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos or videos as proof so we can assist you with a return or replacement.
